  • Nominations must be submitted by clubs

    Clubs may now submit their nominations HERE

    • Service Award - Minimum of 5 years of service (continuous or cumulative) to the region. This is not an automatic right for a swimmer, administrator, technical official or volunteer; they must demonstrate how they have contributed to the sport regionally and show consistent contribution of their time. 

    • Honours Award - 8-10 years (minimum) of service that meets the service criteria, where they additionally show they have been contributing to the region and the sport's growth over time. 

    • Life Member Award - 15 years or more continuous or cumulative service in multiple roles within their region. They must show they are an exemplary member who has contributed to the improvement of the sport across the region. 

    • Outstanding Contribution to Swimming - This is an annual recognition is awarded to a member who has gone above and beyond to support and contribute to the sport during the year.

    • Outstanding Achievement - This is an annual award and recognises a member who has made their mark or achieved a significant milestone during the year.
